  • Bookings directly via our homepage are guaranteed the best price!
  • Cancellations up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge
    • Cancellations from 15 to 30 days before arrival with 70% cancellation fee
    • 4 to 14 days with 90% cancellation fee
    • 0 to 3 days with 100% cancellation fee
  • With reservation a deposit of 20% of the package price will be made.
  • We are a non-smoking house (except on the terrace) and are not allowed pets
  • We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (www.europaeische.at)
  • Your booked apartment is available from 4:00 p. m. on the day of arrival – check-in takes place exclusively at our partner hotel Naturhotel Das Kaltenbach
